I have gambled on millions of hands of vingt-et-un. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was still underage. I have played online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. Given all that I have still spent an abundance of money at 21. The gambling halls have made it almost impossible to beat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over the years I have gambled on a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get flush with this method or defeat the house, still you will have an abundance of fun. This method is built on the fact that 21 appears to be a game of runs. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy twenty-one. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Once I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the action back down to the original value.
I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets extremely enjoyable at times. If you win a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Venetian a few years back with $750 after 30 mins using this method! And a number of weeks ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You need to understand that you can say good-bye to much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the runs you notice wagering this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a five dollar game.

Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $40 wager
Wager forty dollar
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Bet 80 dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the original eighty dollar bet
Wager eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $160 bet
If you departed at this instance you would be up $315 !!
It’s iffy to go on a streak this long, but it often happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and drop your bet or the end result will not be the same.
