I have played countless of rounds of twenty-one. I began sneaking into the gambling halls when I was sixteen. I have enjoyed online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of bankroll at vingt-et-un. The casinos have made it very hard to defeat the house.
I still enjoy the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a type of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get rich with this method or defeat the house, still you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is based on the idea that vingt-et-un appears to be a match of runs. When you are hot your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy twenty-one. When I don’t win I bet the table minimum on the next hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the action back down to the original amount.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very enjoyable sometimes. If you win a few hands in a row your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic runs a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a couple of years back with $750 after 35 mins using this technique! And a few days ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You must comprehend that you can squander much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be aghast at the runs you witness playing this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a $5 game.
Wager 5 dollar
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original five dollar bet
Bet $5
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total wager of $10
Bet ten dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 10 dollar bet
Wager ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of twenty dollar
Bet twenty dollar
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the first $20 wager
Bet $20
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total bet of 40 dollar
Bet $40
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the first forty dollar wager
Wager forty dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Bet eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $80 bet
Bet $80
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 160 dollar wager
If you left at this moment you would be up $315 !!
It’s iffy to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you can NOT alter and lower your wager or the final result will not be the same.
